Working together

Our working standards

01 / 08

Clear expectations make better projects. These standards guide how we communicate, build and hand over your work.

Clear scope.

A written scope and milestones before work starts.

Visible progress.

Regular updates and demos, no disappearing for weeks, no big reveal or surprises.

You own your project.

Your accounts, domains and credentials belong to you. Ownership and handover of the agreed deliverables are documented in the project scope.

Secure by default.

Security and data privacy are part of the build, not an add-on.

Built to last.

Clean, documented code that another developer can pick up.

Fast and accessible.

Performance and accessibility are checked on every project.

Honest timelines.

If something slips, you hear it from us first.

Ready for launch.

We configure monitoring and alerts before launch. Ongoing support is available through a retainer you can end at any time.

Ways to work with us

01 / 04

Start with a defined project, test an idea with an MVP, or keep improving with ongoing support. We’ll agree the scope and pace together.

Fixed-scope project

a defined build, quoted up front

MVP sprint

a focused first version to test an idea

Ongoing support

maintenance and improvements after launch

Design only

UI/UX, prototypes, design systems

Agreed scope. Agreed price.

We agree a fixed price against a written scope before development begins. Any scope changes are priced and approved in writing before the additional work starts.

Depending on the scope, handover includes the agreed designs and source files, source code, deployed website or application, relevant documentation, and a walkthrough. Your project accounts, domains and credentials remain under your control. The proposal lists exactly what is included.

We agree a fixed price and payment schedule against a written scope before work begins. An upfront payment starts the project, with further payments tied to agreed milestones. Any scope changes are priced and approved in writing.
