A shared start.

ALP (Alpheak Launch Partners) is our launch programme for businesses, startups, organisations, creators and community initiatives that need a website, app, software tool, AI solution or automation. We’re selecting three projects to design and build with our fees waived, in exchange for showcasing the work on our social pages and portfolio. Selected partners also share a shoutout post and tag Alpheak when their project launches. You bring a real need; we help turn it into a working digital product.

We assess project fit and contact selected owners by email and their preferred messaging channel.

Approved owners accept the scope and costs, then provide the content, assets and access needed to begin. The offer includes an exact deadline in WAT.
Build, one project at a time.
Each project has an agreed build duration of one week to one month, depending on its requirements. Projects are scheduled in order of completed acceptance, with start and handover dates confirmed in writing.

The application window lasts five days. Every application is reviewed using the criteria above; submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
Our build fee is waived.
Alpheak waives design and development fees for the agreed project scope. You pay the required third-party domain, hosting, API or other essential service costs based on your project when the need arises. We explain and agree these costs with you before they are incurred.
One week to one month.
Each project’s build duration is agreed based on its requirements, from one week to one month. We agree the deliverables, revision allowance, ownership, handover and support terms in writing before acceptance. Extra features or ongoing services require a separate, optional agreement.
48 hours to confirm.
Selected owners receive an email and a message with an exact deadline in WAT. Within 48 hours, accept the offer and supply the requested project details, content, assets and access. Unconfirmed places may be offered to another qualified applicant.
One project at a time.
Build slots follow the order of completed acceptance. Both acceptance and onboarding must be complete before a place is confirmed. Your offer states your scheduled start and expected handover dates.
A launch story to share.
The fee waiver is for projects we can showcase on Alpheak’s social pages and portfolio. Your business or organisation and finished work must be shareable publicly. We agree the description, screenshots and any tags before publication. Selected partners also share a shoutout post about the finished project and tag Alpheak when it launches; we agree the platform and profile to tag during onboarding. Projects that require confidentiality should use our paid project service. Your application contact details stay private.
